Oasis Care and Training Agency

Domestic support – Keeping the house clean and tidy can be a struggle as you get older, or if you’re in poor health. We can help you with all your light domestic chores, from helping with the ironing and the post to changing your sheets and preparing a meal. And we can keep you company while we do it too.

Medication Support – Our medication support service is there to help. We take the stress out of the process by ensuring that you take exactly what you need to take, and at the right time.

Personal Care – We care about your dignity and way of life, and we always treat all our customers with respect and courtesy. Everyone has different routines and we adapt our service to suit your needs. We can help with washing and dressing, and getting in and out of bed. We can come in several times a day, or just once or twice a week to help. And if you need us unexpectedly, we are always there on the end of the phone.

Reablement – It can take time to get back on your feet if you’ve had a hospital operation or been unwell. Sometimes going back to your own home can mean re-learning some basic everyday skills and that can be hard without the right support. Our trained care workers are experienced in helping people in this situation, and can develop a support plan designed to fit your own particular needs and goals. We’re always particularly proud to see our clients regain their independence, especially when we’ve helped them to achieve it.

Respite services – Many families take great pride in looking after their loved ones, but this can be demanding work, and everyone needs a break now and again. Our Respite care provides families and partners with a much-needed short- term break, which is good both for the caregiver and the person being cared for. We can provide respite care in the comfort of your home, either for a few hours on a regular basis, or as a one- off visit, day or night.

Complex care – Many of our customers have complex needs, some have disabilities as well as other on-going health concerns and this can make living at home particularly challenging. Our complex care services are delivered through partnership working with healthcare professionals that enables children and adults with disabilities to lead full and independent lives in their own homes.
